About Me

Welcome — I’m Kelsey Bartley

I help people reclaim their health and decode what their body has been trying to say all along.

As a Certified Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code Practitioner, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Exercise Therapist, and Holistic Doula, I guide individuals toward root-cause healing—physically, emotionally, and energetically. My work blends evidence-based wellness with intuitive, trauma-informed care to support the whole person.

I’m currently a second-year student in a four-year Doctorate program in Traditional Naturopathic Medicine at the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education (N.I.T.E.), where I’m expanding my ability to unite traditional healing wisdom with modern science.

Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all—and it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. My approach is gentle, individualized, and deeply attuned to the body’s innate intelligence. Whether you’re navigating chronic symptoms, emotional patterns, or simply seeking alignment and clarity, I’m here to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom and restore balance from within.

My Approach

I specialize in a bio-individual, whole-person approach that honors every layer of your being—body, mind, and spirit. Each session is customized to meet your unique needs and may include:

  • Emotion, Body, and Belief Code work

  • Muscle Response Testing and energy balancing

  • AO Scan frequency analysis

  • Lifestyle, nutrition, and movement guidance

  • Ear seeding and nervous system support

  • Spiritual and somatic integration

My sessions are heart-led and trauma-informed, helping clients rebuild trust with their bodies, release stored emotions, and create sustainable rhythms of wellness and self-compassion.

A Bit About Me

I hold a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Cleveland University–Kansas City and trained as an Exercise Therapist at Exercise Therapy of Kansas City. Before transitioning into holistic health, I served eight years in the U.S. Air Force, an experience that shaped my resilience, discipline, and devotion to helping others heal from within.

And when I’m not working with clients, I’m usually out in nature with my yellow lab, Jovie Rose, who keeps me grounded and joyful.

My Mission

I believe you’re not broken—your body is communicating.

My mission is to help you listen: to uncover the imbalances beneath your symptoms, to bring relief and clarity, and to remind you that healing is possible—especially when you feel seen, supported, and understood.

Together, we’ll reconnect you with your body’s wisdom, release the weight of old patterns, and cultivate lasting balance through holistic, heart-centered care.

If you’re ready to take the next step toward aligned wellness, I’d be honored to walk with you.

Your next chapter begins with one intentional step.
