EMOTION | BODY | BELIEF CODE

Emotion Code

The Emotion Code focuses on emotional energy that becomes trapped in the body. These trapped emotions can create stress, imbalance, or even physical discomfort. By identifying and releasing them, space is created for greater clarity, peace, and healing.

Body Code

The Body Code expands the process beyond emotions to look at six areas of potential imbalance, including:

  • Energies (emotions, trauma, offensive energies)

  • Circuits and systems (organs, glands, body systems)

  • Toxins (environmental, chemical, pathogens)

  • Pathogens (bacteria, viruses, parasites, fungi)

  • Structural (bones, nerves, connective tissues)

  • Nutrition and lifestyle (deficiencies, habits)
     

Addressing these areas supports the body’s natural ability to heal and function optimally.

Belief Code

The Belief Code works with limiting subconscious beliefs that shape how we see ourselves and the world. Negative or false beliefs can hold us back from living fully, while releasing and reprogramming them helps open the door to new perspectives, possibilities, and growth.

Muscle Response Testing

Muscle response testing, also called applied kinesiology, is a simple way of accessing the subconscious mind through the body’s natural feedback system. By testing the strength or weakness of a muscle in response to a question, practitioners can determine what the body is holding onto or ready to release.

Proxy Testing

Proxy testing is used when a client cannot be tested directly, such as during a phone or Zoom session. In those cases, I act as a “proxy,” allowing the energy work to flow through me on the client’s behalf. The subconscious mind recognizes this connection, and the results are just as effective as if you were tested in person.

What They Can Help With

Emotion, Body, and Belief Code sessions can support a wide variety of concerns, including:

  • Stress, worry, or overwhelm

  • Emotional triggers and patterns from past trauma

  • Relationship struggles and communication challenges

  • Physical discomfort or unexplained symptoms

  • Fatigue, low energy, or lack of focus

  • Limiting beliefs or self-sabotage patterns

  • Difficulty moving forward or feeling “stuck”

  • Support during life transitions or grief

  • And so much more!
     

While these methods do not replace medical care, they are complementary tools that can promote greater balance, resilience, and well-being.

Session Options

Sessions are available by email, phone, Zoom, or in-person (Thursdays only). Each session is unique and guided by your body’s needs, aiming to release burdens, restore balance, and support you in moving forward with greater freedom.
