2 Minute Cashew Butter

As someone who values simplicity in the kitchen, I'm thrilled to share one of my easiest recipes yet.
All you need is a bag of raw cashews and a blender or food processor—I personally swear by my trusty Vitamix for this.
Here's how it goes:
Toss your raw cashews into your blender or food processor and let it work its magic. Within a minute, you'll have finely ground cashew flour.
Give it another minute or so, and you'll have smooth cashew butter ready to go.
Transfer your creation into a glass jar and pop it in the refrigerator, where it'll stay fresh for up to three months.
And that's it—no fancy additives or extra steps, just pure cashews.
Of course, if you prefer your nut butter with a hint of salt, feel free to add a pinch of sea salt. And for a creamier texture, a touch of organic coconut oil does the trick.
This method isn't exclusive to cashews either; you can experiment with almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, or any nut variety you fancy.
Homemade nut butters and flours offer a host of benefits, steering clear of the inflammatory additives and preservatives often found in store-bought brands. It's real food, simplified.
Use your freshly made cashew butter to elevate everything from apple slices to your favorite dishes or baked treats.
Have you tried making nut butter or flour at home before? If so, what's your favorite type of nut butter to whip up?
